Who Loves Cupcakes???

Bacon Bit Cupcak (a Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Cupcake) with Garlic Pepper Mashed Taters on top!


Base Ingredients:
1 Lbs of Ground Beef
1 Box of Oscar Myer
1 8oz Bag of Shredded Cheese
2 Large Eggs (Beaten)
1/4 Cup of Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup of Mayo
1 Tbs of Worcerstire Sauce
1/4 tps Salt
1/4 tps Pepper
1/2 Tbs Garlic Pepper
Sauce Ingredients:
1/3 Cup of Ketchup
1 Tbs Mustard
1 Tbs Worcerstire Sauce
1/2 Tbs Garlic Pepper
Toppings:
Frenches Onion Rings (Smashed Up)

Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix ground beef and following 9 ingredients for the base of cupcakes. Once mixed set aside.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients. Add 1/3 of sauce to the meat mixture, set remainder aside to use later.
  • Put meat in mini muffin pans ( I have a 12 count mini muffin pan) Mixture will make about 36 mini cupcakes.
  • Cook in oven for 10 mins, remove (should be almost done, not completley) put some of the sauce then broken onion rings on top and place back in oven for 5 mins.

I use instand mashed taters, Idaho. Cookas directed on box 4 to 6 servings.
Add 1Tbs of garlic pepper to water whie it is boiling.

Pipe the Mashed Taters on the Meat Cupcake swirling up to look like icing.

HINT* You could add food coloring to make taters look more like icing!!!
